I had a 7mm x 7mm mole removed almost 4 weeks ago. I've been putting Vaseline or Neosporin on it and have kept it covered the entire time. It still hasn't started to scab and will get tender and a little gunky if I forget to change the bandage for one day. The air seems to irritate it If I leave it uncovered for more than a minute. Is this normal?
I removed a mole on my head over 5 weeks ago. It was small and never thiught it would make a problem with the follicales. PLease see the picture amd advise me best to what my options are to regrow hair. This look horrible and i love to keep my hair short.
I had my mole removed about a month ago, and it seemed to be healing just fine. Within the last week, Ive developed a bump, with white inside it. It has not popped, I put neosporin. It seems as if the mole is growing back because now I have the same bump, except this time it is skin, and not an actual mole. What should I do? Will the mole grow back? Should I try to pop it or let it be?
I had a mole excised from the side of my calf and they used dissolving stitches. The stitches dropped out after a week, and I did what they said, kept the area moist with aquaphor and a bandaid covering it for 2 weeks after the surgery. Were now at 5 weeks on and the wound hasnt closed (its smaller but still a hole) and its been draining. The fluid doesnt smell. A little itchy but generally feel okay. Should I go back? And do I have to pay another copay if I do?
About a month ago I had a mole removed on face, utilizing radiofrequency ablation. Now as it has healed it left a indent where it was much bigger than the mole was, and it's concave. As the wound healed, it did not scab. I used petroleum jelly to keep it moist and did not expose it to the sun. I've had no other complications with this but I'm surprised that there is now an indentation. Is it possible that it will fill in?
So i got a mole taken off my neck exactly one month ago today and tbh i'm happy with it but it's just still red. I've been applying vaseline to it ever 3 hours and washing it twice a day. I feel like a slight bump on the removal site which scares me cause i hope the mole is not growing back. Thoughts?
I had a flat mole removed on the arch of my right foot. It has been almost a month and there is still a small hole with a white around it. I have been using vaseline and aquaphor with a band aid. I wasn't given any post instructions, and location is not the best I understand for a speedy recovering
I had a mole excised about a month ago which ended up getting a little scab on it? It's been a couple weeks and the scan hasn't fell off yet. I can't start any scar treatment until it does so it's getting very annoying. How long does it take for a scab to fall off, what if it never falls off?
Hi i had a number of moles removed however one has been healing oddly not sure if the mole survived or has just has scared strange? Will this go away and if not how can i get rid of it? It's has been about 5 weeks since the procedure.
