I underwent the MiraDry procedure 2 months ago, & now I'm seeing some of my ability to sweat return to the treated area. The company (Miramar Labs) claims that at least 2 treatments are necessary to achieve lasting results. I want to know the following: if I just stop now and do not get treated a second time, do I retain permanent reduction in sweat, or does my sewat return to normal if not treated a second time ? Is it absolutely necessary to receive a second treatment for permanent results ?
I have some nerve pain in the upper arm from the Miradry hitting a nerve two months ago. It only hurts when stretching the arm in the air. Is there anything i should avoid doing or do for it to heal better? Maybe avoid movement that make it hurt?
I had miradry two months ago. My right under arm still has lumps that are painful. They almost seem like they have fluid in them. Tonight I squeezed one of them and a lot of blood and fluid came out of it. I have about 5 large lumps in one side. Shouldn't the lumps have healed by now?
I had the miradry treatment two months ago. I have seen about 80-85% reduction in sweating. While I'm pleased with the results, I do plan to go back for the second treatment as I had to pay for 2 treatments at time of purchase.I have slight numbness/sensitivity in the tricep area of just one arm.
I had my first MiraDry procedure at a Level 2 just over two months ago. During the procedure there was one point of intense pain after which I my left arm was numb from elbow to wrist for a full two months following the procedure. Normal sensation has mostly returned at this point, though some areas still feel dull. Sweating has also returned to about 50% of what it used to be. Should I have a second procedure (if so how high should my level go?)...or would I risk permanent nerve damage?
