I had microneedling done twice, each one month apart. Now my skin has new wrinkles, and I feel my skin has just lost it's natural oil. I am not sure if whether microneedling shrinks the pores causing less sebum to be present on the epidermis? It's very dry and rough like sand paper - will this come back to normal in some months? Also the microneedling was done in a way where the needles where kept on my skin in one spot and then dragged as a line (rather than just touching the skin and then taking it and then repeating the whole process for the face). Any advice pls?
I had a microneedling procedure done 2 days ago for the first time. My skin is still very red and rough in texture. It feels like I have a rash. I'm scared I had an allergic reaction to something she put on my face, like the numbing creams or something else. Is it normal to have red and rough skin about 40hours after procedure? if I had an allergic reaction, what should I do? Ive been putting coconut oil on my face to try to sooth it. Any advice would be appreciated!
I had micro needling performed with and an Endymed machine for the first time 48 hours ago. I was told that down time was minimal and not warned about the continued red skin I have and no mention was made of the rough skin that appeared about 18 hours after. I can still see needle marks on my face. From other pictures I've seen my situation doesn't seem normal. I had a series of photo facials, cool touch laser and IPL, 5 months ago. Did I not wait long enough to have the micro needling done?
I got microneedling done yesterday and was driving all day after. I woke up this morning with whiteheads ALL OVER my face, specifically my cheeks and chin. My skin is skill very inflamed and rough but I heard this is normal... although it hasn't subsided since yesterday. Could the whiteheads be caused by my pores being clogged because of using a thick cream, or is it due to sun exposure? How can I clear it up, change my routine, or will it go away on its own?
