I'm a 37 year old woman who is 4 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. I plan on breastfeeding for at least a year. My face is looking much worse since giving birth and I'm frustrated with it. So far, I've done one microneedling with radiofrequency session with a Licensed Aesthetician. I think this microneedling has its limits of how much it can improve my problems. Is there anything else I can do? What are my options when I'm done breastfeeding?
Hello I am a 36 year old with a history of acne and acne scars. But have not had a flare or outbreaks for about 5 months now. I have a 2 month old infant who I currently breastfeed. And I'm looking into treatments for acne scars since I have some time now before having to back to work. My concern is if its safe for me to undergo micronedling treatments while nursing? Thank you for your time and honest response. Evelyn
Hi there, I have been exclusively breastfeeding my 6 month old baby since birth. I am wondering if its safe to get some type of facial rejuvenation treatment during this time. I have had one doctor say he wont do a vampire facial (skin needling with PRP) because of the topical numbing agent used prior to treatment, but, if topical are of concern, could I still do a treatment if I pump and dump? Same question applies to other treatments like Fraxel or CoolTouch. Thanks!
I recently had derma stamp 2.0 done for scarred pores on my cheeks, its been nearly 2 months now and my skin looks worse than it did before, i have uneven skin texture and uneveness. Doc says it will get better and can take time, but iam not convinced. It should be showing signs of improvement by now. Can this lenght needle damage skin? Iam breast feeding too i dont know if that makes a difference. Any advice would be appreciated.
