Microneedling + Age 18-24 Q&A

Hi I'm a 24yr old black african American man that has very old and dull looking skin that makes me look 30 with terrible acne scars. I've been looking intensely into mirconeeding and found a good place to do the procedure but it gonna cost $3000. So my first question is does this price seem reasonable? And should I even pursue mirconeeding to first my skin problem?

I am 22 years old, and before this year, I had almost perfect skin. Even during teen years my skin was smooth, with the occasional pimple, my brother and sister had acne. i started getting more pimples, full blown acne, lots of red spots and irritation. insecure and no idea what to do, it's been like this for months. I have tried a lot of products or changing my routine, and tretinoin...no change or improvement it is strange. Worse in real life than photos. Would microneedling work for me?

I have developed fairly prominent smile lines on either side of my mouth. Partly (I think) due to genetics and partly due to dehydration from acne treatments that I am currently addressing. I have always had the potential for smile lines because of the way my cheeks are shaped but I cant help but think I accelerated the process with harsh acne treatments (that I am no longer using). What is the best treatment? It seems too early to get fillers but would dermarolling or lazers help me? Thank you

my pores used to be fine until I used pores strips for the first time. Since then it has been a downward spiral as I have pushed at the blackheads but then my nose gets worse. I want to get them permanently repaired, not just a daily toner or scrub ect. I have been looking into microneedling as well as laser but was worried that doing this at such a young age might cause more harm than good. What is the best method to permanently minimise pores?

Hi, My eye area looks really bad for a 22 year old. I have had this dark area that extends to the side of my eyes since I was 15 yrs old. I have tried microbeedling my eye bags as well, and around the pigmentation area and no luck. How can I get rid of these dark eyelids and under eyes and around the eye area? I want to have a clear brightened face and my eyes make me feel insecure about myself. Thinking about doing microdermabrasion on my face. Any advice?
