I had a microdermabrasion treatment session. This was my third time and it is the first time that my acne was bleeding and now it is red and it was not like that before. I am concerned. What is your opinion?

Has anyone tried a home microdermabrasion kit? Does it work or should I cough up another $60 to have microdermabrasion by a professional?

I had microdermabrasion two weeks ago and ipl on a couple of brown spots.   I now have enlarged pores and oily skin.    I never had this condition before the treatment..   Does anyone know if this is normal?   Does this go away or did I suffer some kind of damage?
