Hi there Im hoping to get some answers I only got my Breast implants three years ago and now I am super dizzy sick all the time tight chest and feel like its hard to breathe but my oxygen is still good and I just found out that I have double breast implant rupture that are leaking I have silicone implants. Should I get these out right away and should I be worried I feek awful!! It only started about 5 months ago but the symptoms are getting awful! And my heart rate is never under 100.
For work purposes I have to wear an extreme tight fitting sports bra which almost flattens my breasts. I am currently 4 months post op. While wearing one of the bras, I felt pain in my right breast and when touching the outer part of the implant (underneath my armpit) I heard and felt a squishy sound. Could my implants rupture from this? I have 400cc silicone MENTOR moderate plus profile (memory gel) Implants. I went from a 34a/b to a 34D/DD.
If a silent rupture occures in a Mentor Cohesive Gel Implant can this new type of silicone travel through the body? I can not afford to get MRIs, so if I go with silicone I would only replace the implant if my surgeon, thought there was a problem. Advice please. I have had 2 consolutations and one doctor said no the new kind of silicone can not travel to your lymphnodes and other parts of your body and the other said yes it can????? Thank you!
I went after MRI detected rupture. Have a hard lump near chest bone on right side. My PS said it could be fine for 5-10yrs. I thought it was absurd but maybe it's the new standard?? I'm just a patient. I have 350cc high profile silicone implants mentor. They were placed 13yrs ago. I have had capsular contraction since they were new but not bad not worsening. I just have read horror stories of not being able to remove silicone and it creating sm nodules or worse
Has anyone experience overfilling this model: (Mentor C.nr..350-4306M) or others from the same series? It's already filled up 25% over so the warranty's gone, but I need to add an another 15-25% to it to make enough expansion for my desired implants without seriously compromising its structural integrity. I read multiple opinions about this; some Doctors say 20% +,others 50% +(even twice the recommended) overfill isn't an issue. So can my PS proceed to continue further with this model or not? Thx
