Follow-up post to provide more pictures. Surgeon may have removed too much tissue/fat from my chest creating indentations/craters, or perhaps he was too aggressive with the liposuction. The craters are more prominent when my arms are lifted but are still noticeable with my arms by my side. The crater on my left appears to be larger in size, too. Will this likely need a fat transfer/graft in the future or will time and healing fix this issue?
I had a Gynecomastia surgery 9 months ago. As you can see from the pictures, the results are uneven with over resection on the right side and redundant skin and some gland/scar tissue leftovers on the other side. I also feel like the areola is lower than where its supposed to be. Is this something that can be fixed with a periareolar incision approach or will fat grafting be necessary. I also hear that fat grafting doesnt have a good reputation as it doesnt work long term.
i seen online someone using fat flaps i read fat grafts either disappears or turned to scar tissue in allot of cases if this is possible can u point me in the direction of someone who can fix my creators in the uk??? i have not seen a pic or spoken to 1 successful revision case
I have had gyno surgery 5 years ago. My chest , when I'm not flexing , looks fine. But when I lift my arms up , as you can see in the picture , nipple area looks caved it. Same thing happens when I push something with my arm , chest caves in immediately I have heard this was called Crater Deformity or Animation Deformity And i have heard that it could be fixed without a surgery by fat-graft injections Is that an option for me? Is my issue fixable without an invasive surgery?
I had Gyno surgery in 2015 and a scar release in 2017. The scar was a result of too much lipo on the left. After revision, a new formed scar didnt fully go away. The left nipple protrudes less than my right side. However the left side has tethering and creates the appearance of a pocket of fat near my underarm. I feel a bit of the scar when I pinch the nipple, though it shrunk over time. The left side overall feels more depressed and has looser skin than the right, which is nicely contoured.
I feel the surgeon has removed to much flat, this has compromised contour and skin tightness. I am planing a aesthetic revision surgery, where I am considering fat flaps, fat grafting and skin excision (either around the aerola or below the breast pockets) I am looking for advice, of how this can be corrected, and what methods may correct this. Is is a good idea to add in order to fix the fact that the skin is adhered to the muscle in the upper parts. Please help me figure out how to fix this
Hi, I wanted to show a different pic of my pecs, the upper chest is missing after gyno surgery. In the pics I think you can see the chest is concave. Is it possible to rebuild the chest by working out. Or is fat injections and implants the only way to fix this? Is either a better solution?
I had gynecomastia surgery (excision+lipo) on the right chest about 6 months ago(already the revision of a prior surgery) that left me with crater deformity. With relaxed chest the crater is hardly visible, with arms raised/chest flexed it`s obviously.Already visited another ps to discuss options. He suggested fat grafting. Also did internet-research and read about fat flap technique .Can you tell, when looking at my pics, whether you would recommend fat graft or fat flap to fix this? Tank you.
I'm six weeks post gynecomastia surgery where they did the gland removal & some Lipo. On my right chest I have a sunken nipple that folds & on my left chest I have a pointy nipple. Is there a way to make these more balanced looking? My Dr recommended fat grafting but I have read many people do not like the results. Please as I'm more depressed now than when had Gyno
i have undergone gynecomastia procedure about 10 yrs ago which left me with crater deformity so i went for fat grafting performed on my right side as it was more sunken done by the same doctor 2 yrs ago (2014) which had no improvement.I have been researching, exchanging emails, phone,Skype consulting and met two doctors Dr.Miguel Delgado(suggested STRATTICE) and Dr.mordcai blau(suggested FAT FLAP)no one had pictures of previous patients with crater deformity and even if they had they weredreadful.
