I was told I have a very mild case of gyno but desired a flat male chest. 6 months post lipo, I still find myself unhappy with results. My surgeon says we will go back to take a little bit of scar tissue out in the upcoming weeks. He has me believing that my desired flat chest is unattainable due to my body's make up. My understanding is I have too much skin above the nipple causing it to droop down? Is flattening my nipples impossible for me? If no extra tissue/no fat, what aren't I flat?
I'm over one year post gynecomastia surgery. (Excision of very small gland and liposuction) I consulted my surgeon many times and I still have puffy nipples. We did an ultra sound and I have a fat tissue and a bit of scar tissue. My doctor says another surgery will yield to more scar tissues. I feel really depressed. What do you suggest I should do? Thanks very much in advance.
For about 2 to 3 years during high school i was overweight with about 100 lbs being my max weight as now i have had a stable weight at about 190 lbs and am about 511 height. I would like some clear advice on my breats if i need liposuction and if i do get lipo will my breats go down to a normal size?and judging by my photos if i wouldneed a tummy tuck or lipo or both?as i have stretch marks around my lower abdomen and under my armpit and upper arms. On hotdays my nipples are very puffy.
I am in shape, and probably have around 20% body fat. Since puberty I have always had puffy nipples. I noticed that after bench press my chest looks more masculine and muscular, but if I don't do exercise that day and I grab my own chest, it feels like a young female breast texture in my hand. So I think I have gynaecomastia. A surgeon's agent recommended that I do lypo suction before she even saw my photo. Just wondering if this is a good solution to my problem without removing breast tissues?
