I've asked this question before and I want to know the best way to remove them. I don't think buccal pad removal is what I need. I've also heard a small cannula liposuction from a small incision from the corner of the mouth but wouldn't that be a high risk of nerve damage in the face? What's my best option?
I had lipo 22 days ago to my arms and upper/lower abs. Now that the numbness has worn off, I am having a really hard time with what seems like nerve pain. My skin feels like it has been severely burned. The arms are the worst and the compression garment is unbearable by evening.I am at 10 hours daily of compression garment wear, but am unsure which is worse, as going without it is very painful also. I think I need to stay in it more, since I still have swelling. I am doing epsom salts baths daily and had a lymphatic massage this week. I begin endermologie treatments next week if I am able to stand it.All pain killers I have tried are completely ineffective. 800 mg Ibuprofen isn't helping, either. Is there anything anyone can recommend? My anxiety level from this is affecting me in a huge way. I'm not wanting to go back to using the Darvocet if possible because it caused severe constipation. I'm hoping to get in to see my doctor on Friday. Thanks so much
I am wondering what the risk is to one's ability to move in a very specific & controlled calculated way, after liposuction. Does it affect one's ability to sense the way the tiny muscles are moving in certain parts of body and can it damage nerves? If it does, but temporarily, for how long? I'm not sure what it is scientifically, that makes someone be able to naturally move well, but wondering if liposuction could jeopardize that. Thank you
I had a hip replacement 10 months ago. 2 1/2 months later, a lump started developing, which I was told was a seroma. It ended up being a lipoma which was removed. Four days later, the lump reappeared and was aspirated three times. I am told the area is now filled with fat and has nerve damage. Will liposuction reduce the fat and possibly illuminate the nerve pain if the fat is pressing on the nerves? Its about the size of 1/2 of a softball.
I had traditional liposuction on my thighs 6 months ago. Only a small amount was taken to use for ft to the breast however I have a patch of numbness on my lower thigh and knee and its causing nerve pain when my leg is tapped or knocks against something. My surgeon keeps telling me liposuction doesnt cause numbness but Im worried its been 6 months that its likely to permanent. The other areas of numbness I had have resolved
Hey, i had a Facial Fat Transfer to my Face in Turkey. I did not like that so the Doc removed the Fat with Liposutcion. I dont like the current look of my Face and i wanted to ask you.. is it possible to remove the grafted fat on upper cheeks? Will be nervs damaged when i try to remove the Fat there? I need really help.
I had arm lipo on 1/11, I am still hurting, swollen and hard.I haven't done anything for the last 2 days and this morning after church they were throbbing. I am unable to wear the compression sleeves, they were unbearable. I am worried about nerve damage. I've called my PS several times, no help. He said not to start massages until after 2/23. I can barely touch them now. I don't understand. Thoughts? I had a breast reduction on 9/11 and it was a breeze. Healed fast and love them. Took pain meds 2 days.
I had arm lipo. I cant feel my pinky or the next finger halfway. And that part of my palm is red and feels like it is on pins and needles. Based on this i believe something happened to my Ulner nerve. Either Culpit Nerve or Ulner Nerve Symdrome. Do you think with reduced swelling it will go back to normal? How long do you suspect?
I had liposuction of my inner theighs 6 days ago. I am not wearing a compression garment or bandages. On my right leg only I have pain & my foot is dead. My whole leg feels as though I have pins & needles. Could I have nerve damage? Or is this something that generally goes away given healing time? Thanks heaps! :)
The itching is mainly on my hips, abdomen & back. My incisions don't hurt or itch. I had a MM on 8/31/16- Including muscle repair. The deep tissue itching is from what I assume is healing and nerve damage/regeneration? It is driving me crazy!!!! Is cold treatment ok and is there anything else I can do? Thank you!
