Liposuction + Back Roll Q&A

I have read online and on RealSelf that many plastic surgeons say that eliminating back rolls (bra rolls) with liposuction is tough. I've read only a few people come out of liposuction surgery with zero back rolls while the majority of other people, of all ages, have them still (but are improved).

I am almost 4 months post-op BBL. I have these very pronounced back rolls that I didn't have before surgery. I did have back fat and love handles. Iv used several fajas along with compression waist trainers. After taking it off in the morning from being on all night, the rolls go away but then come back after 5 mins. I cant stand them! Besides a BL (Back Lift) which i don't think i even need, what else can I do?

I am 46 yrs old and had Lipo 3 years ago for my back rolls but the surgeon botched the job. He actually told me he purposely left fat at the top of my hips above my bum to give me a rounder butt...i did not ask for that and now I have a rump on my lower back. I also hate the lumps of fat on my back near my armpits.What can I do to achieve a nice smooth back?

I woke up and I was very swollen immediately after surgery. I looked as if I gained 15lbs or more and saw absolutely no results everything was bigger than before. 5 days later I still have some swelling in my extremities I put my feet up when I can. My surgeon used 6 bags of fluid. Is this normal?

I recently got a 360 liposuction done after getting a tummy tuck done ( 6 months) ago I love my tummy tuck I just had 3 rolls of back fat and fat in my flank area. Now its been 3 weeks after my liposuction and I do not see any results my flanks are the same exact size and I still have back rolls the doctor said that the back would be reduced by 30-50 percent but it looks exactly the same is 30-50 percent still consist of me having the same back rolls and my flanks ?

Ive had stretch marks on my stomach since high school my weight always goes up and down due to pcos. I know my stomach can be smaller because I lost weight in the pass unfortunately Ive gained it back. I was recently told that because of stretch marks on my stomach after bbl my stomach will drop lower
