Over the last 4 years or so their stomach is no longer flat but there are 4-5 horizontal folds of skin that are more noticeable when sitting but still there when standing. Just not as predominant. What's the best treatment? Trying to stay away from a tummy tuck since it's a surgical procedure. Not sure about Coolsculpting because of the recent bad press.

I have spoken with two surgeons. One wants to do liposuction and wait two months before doing a tummy tuck and breast lift. He says he can assess the skin condition better before doing the other procedures. Another surgeon has recommended against that. He will do the liposuction concurrently with the other procedures. He believes the liposuction will distort the skin and will make it more difficult. I am a 56-year-old female, 5 foot 140 pounds. Can someone give me some guidance?
