I had a tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks in 2022. Noticed a hard lump went back to same surgeon in 2023 for lipo 360 plus revision of that lump. Hard lump is still there & did not go away with massages. What could this be? Surgeon wont revise, says it's loose skin, but the lump is hard. The lump is visible through my clothing and does not match my right flank. When wearing underwear, jeans, leggings, joggers, etc the lump protrudes even further.
I had lipo in my abdomen and flank areas about 7 years ago. I never got the flat results I was hoping for--I have some firm lumps that may be scar tissue as well as a dent where too much was removed. I've tried lymphatic drainage, warm sculpting, Sculptura injections. Nothing worked. I'm considering a revision BUT Ive also had persistent nerve pain (stinging, burning) since the surgery. Is post-lipo neuralgia common and will a revision make it worse?
Hi, after having liposuction to my flanks, hips, and saddlebags. I was left with these pockets of fat. How can I fix this the least invasive way? Also, I had Aveli done last year in January 2022. Im not happy with how the skin looks. I feel like I still have a lot of cellulite left. Ive had 3 treatments of morphines 8 done and 9 vials of sculptura done about 2 months ago. What else can I do?
A year ago I had botched vaser lipo of stomach, flanks, lower back, inner and outer thighs and inner knees. My stomach was under corrected and uneven, I have lumpy and uneven inner thighs and a bulge in the right outer, hip dips, and a dropped right buttock. Can revision and fat grafting fix this? What options are there to fix my dropped butt cheek?
I have a horizontal indentation of my left flank muscle after having had lipoabdominoplasty. The muscle bulges and there is a horizontal wrinkle underneath it, approximately 3 inches in length. I have been massaging it for weeks, but I don't see any changes. I wore my compression binder for 5 weeks, only removing it for a shower. I'm not sure if my compression garment created it, or the garment reduced the swelling so now I can see it? Can this problem be resolved?
I had lipo 8 months with some fat transfer. I did my arms, legs, stomach and flanks. Transferred fat to my hip dips and to some uneven areas of my thighs. Right after the surgery I did notice that the areas where fat was transferred didnt look plump, like not enough was transferred. He said to wait because I was swollen and now 8 months later, the areas where fat was transferred look the same. If I go back to him, am I going to be expected to pay all over again to get the results unexpected?
I am a 21(f) who got liposuction earlier this year. I had some stubborn stomach fat I had always been self conscious about, but I am a college athlete so knew it wasnt just there because Im lazy. My surgeon said hed do lower stomach and flanks. I truly do see a difference but am unsure if my expectations were too high. Its been almost 4 months. Should I ask for a revision? Are my results the best its going to get or should I go back? First 2 pic is before. Would revision equal more contour?
Hi! I had a mini abdominoplasty with lipo (upper stomach, flanks) an year ago. The results were very satisfactory, except for the upper stomach lipo that required a revision as not enough fat had been removed. The revision was successful, but 3 months after I still have a bump above the bellybutton. My surgeon said it's a small adhesion and asked to massage hard and frequently. I feel hard tissue underneath. How likely is it to stay? Is there any particular treatment i can get? Thanks!
I am 6 months post op and mortified with my results. I had lipo on my flanks and upper and lower stomach. Before surgery I had a smooth flat stomach. Now it is dented and lumpy. At my follow up appointment I was told to give it more time and it will improve. It hasnt improved. I went to a board certified Surgeon that has 20 years of experience, so how did I end up with these results and is there any way to fix the damage? The first 3 pics are before lipo and the last 3 are 6 months post op
Female, 51yo, 5'5, 165lbs, active, runner. I had a lumpectomy years ago, finally decided to have my breasts match, the Dr also did lipo, the results are tragic. It is so uneven, one side worse then the other, and it goes toward my back, and under arm.
