I went to Colombia and had lipo sculpture and they told me two months for the faja 24/7 and then another 2 months 12 hours a day. Could that be worn at nighttime for the 12 hrs? Also I have ab board that I was told to use for a month. Everyone who I know has told me to wait at least 4-6 months with everything. Is this true ? I find it so uncomfortable and trying my best this is week 5 of 24/7...
