I've been wanting to get this procedure but apparently surgisil is not selling permalip anymore. I've seen that eptfe implants are available at some places but I don't think I'm willing to possibly endure the risks that come along with them. Just wondering if any places still hold any product from before they stopped selling it.

Unfortunately I developed big scars from a bullhorn lip lift. They are now 2 years old and have been treated with steroids during healing Time. I also had a deep micro needling on them but they are still very visible, kind of indented. What can I do to make their appearance better ? Is surgery the only solution ? Will try to post pictures.
