My upper lip is asymmetrical- the left side is longer than the right which causes it to appear slightly droopy. This wasn't very noticeable until I began getting filler. I love the volume from the filler and don't want to lose volume, but I can't stand the assymetry. Could a lip lift or augmentation potentially provide volume without exasperating the asymmetry. Or better yet, could it address the asymmetry altogether? photos are: pre-filler, w/ filler, and lifting the longer side
I have a really big insecurity about my top lip being asymmetrical so when I take pictures on my phone and its inverted, it makes me look really lopsided so if a licensed professional is able to help me figure out a solution that would be great.
I have a very narrow and lopsided smile. My face also suffers from being asymmetrical as well. But my smile is very narrow my top lift isnt able to lift high enough to where I can show my top row of teeth. I also have had braces already to correct my teeth but it has done nothing for my smile. I want to know what procedure is best suitable for giving a complete smile makeover so I can be more confident and not look crazy when I do cause I havent been able to and show off my new improved teeth.
I had a lip lift a couple of years ago and soon after it healed I noticed that my lips were not even after the procedure. One side is bigger and my mouth also pulls to one side when I talk. I addressed this to my plastic surgeon but he denied that it had anything to do with the surgery, insisting that my lips were always uneven. I know my face and I know this isnt true. Can this be fixed? Before and after photos included
Teeth and lips are at a diagonal. Cant achieve perfect symmetry but would like some opinions. Thinking to get composite bonding on teeth to even them out, but lips still crooked when not smiling. Will injections alone fix or do I need a lip lift?
I had lip filler 8 years ago in one side & after a late onset inflammatory reaction I have been left with these uneven lips. The filler was manually squeezed out 8 years so I guess this is scar tissue. Looks okay at rest or semi mile but when I smile widely you can see the difference. I feel I can see people looking at it. Ive had no fillers since. I have a long upper lip too. I consulted for a lip lift but the surgeon said it might make the asymmetry worse. What are my options please?
When I smile, my upper and lower lip on my left side droop quite prominently, making me quite self-conscious of my smile. My upper and lower lip are relatively symmetrical when my face is in a neutral position, but not so much when I smile. I intend on getting a lip lift before the end of the year, but not sure if that would actually correct anything. Looking for any advice to help, both injectables or procedures.
I am looking for recommendations on which procedures to get to make me look more feminine. A lip lift and rhinoplasty is something I am considering on getting. I also feel that my face is asymmetrical and my chin is broad. I am 29 y/o, 5'0, african american female.
My top lip is uneven as one side of my cupid's bow (left side) is raised higher than the right side. The corner of my mouth on the right side is also more downturned than the left side. Would a lip lift be able to correct both of these issues? I'm also wanting a nose job so I'm not sure if that would interfere with it. I've had lip injections before, but in trying to make my cupid's bow more symmetrical it didn't really seem to help much and I get more cold sores, as well as not being permanent
