Hello, I am 5ft 9 174 lbs. I have had this double chin problem for a very long time . Recently I tried cool sculpting. At first it appeared to reduce my double chin but as time went on it came back. The specialist informed me I have loose skin . Is getting a neck lift the only option for this? What kind of cost should I be expecting for this surgery? If not surgery route, should I try kybella. Would losing weight to 160lbs help reduce this problem at all? Appreciate your honest feedback.
I got 4 vials of kybella in 3 months with the last vial over 4 months ago. The before picture looks better! I did have hard lymph nodes after but my dermatologist said it's nothing. I went to my PCP and he order a neck MRI without contrast which showed 2 enlarged lymph nodes. I'm not sure where to go from here. I was thinking lipo but I'm prone to keloids so that's why I went with kybella in the first place. Or is it just loose skin and I need a neck lift? I'm 26 and bmi of 29
I have gotten two rounds of kybella for my double chin. I have noticed good results but still have some loose skin in the neck area. When I clench the muscles in my mouth, it looks great. But candid and rested photos are another story. Any suggestions would be very welcome!
Had 1 vial of kybella approx 3 months ago and my second treatment (1vial) 7 weeks ago. My chin looked better after the first treatment but I feel it looks much worse after the second. Got a weird piece of skin? Fat? Under my chin which was never there. I didn't really have a double chin to begin with, just a little fat.
It's on my chin/neck and now have these wrinkles. I do want kybella for my double chin and my current medspa nurse thinks the Kybella will help that existing lose skin tighten up. Is this true? Any other suggestions to get rid of this?
