I filled my nasolabial folds and under eyes over 2 years ago. There is still lumpiness. I got hyaluronidase for the eyes only and even after that it helped but didn't completely get rid of it. Yes I know it was Juvederm Ultra(not Voluma) that was injected and it shouldn't be injected under eyes anyway. However no one seems to give me an answer for why I still have issues. Can it be scar tissue or that it just dissipates slow with some?
Hi!I got juvederm lip filler 2+ years ago and went to a reputable plastic surgeon. surgeon. He made a bunch of injections along my vermillion border as his technique. Once the swelling went down a few days later, I noticed this one little bump/blister that has since not gone away. It looks terrible, especially with lipstick on. I went back to him and he said to see if it goes away on its own.Its been years, will it really resolve on its own or do I need it dissolved/is it scar tissue? Thanks!
I had Juvaderm ultra in this areas 2015-2016 and other side. R side went way no issue, L side damaged showed after a year. got 4 Hylenex done nothing. My L side lip pushed down, looks different and weird, when I talk even shows more. my L lower cheek looks like circle, these areas looks swelling, feels something tick layer under skin uncomfortable hard sometimes, changed my face and lip movement. People ask me why my L side change is so weird. Can someone help me PLZ! Dr who did it, doesn't know how.
I've had 2.5 mls of Juvederm injected in my lips over a two year period in the form of three separate injections. The second time round, my top lop was super lumpy and bulbous but I waited it out until it dissolved somewhat and got it corrected. However, it's been a year since the correction and the lumpiness and bulbosity is still there and the shape is very similar. I was informed today by the injector that it feels like tissue. How can I fix this as it is very unnatural looking?
I first had Juvederm 1ml put in summer 2014 then again in early 2015. I loved the result. I changed clinic to go to another doctor, Xmas 2015. They were bigger but I liked them. Three years later, smile now looks uneven. Area above upper lip puffy, philtrum protruding, almost mannish. Noticed moustache like shadow in studio lighting. Was flatter before. Will this ugly shape even be filler anymore? Would hyaluronidase help? Can scar tissue be removed from inside lips to even out?
I have been getting Juvederm ultra plus lip fillers for many years now. However I want to go more natural and get them dissolved but Ive just noticed like a weird bar/ridge on my bottom lip. Any idea what it could be and will it resolve go away once I get the lip filler dissolved or will it stay?
i've had lip fillers 3 times now. the 2nd & 3rd time i reinjected around the 5 month mark. questions: 1. does it actually start to last longer, or will i have to keep doing it every 5 months to keep the size i like? 2. will it eventually get to a point where I can do it once a year or so (if so when?) 3. does it help your own collagen form so they naturally become a bit bigger? 4. do you get scar tissue from the needle? will it go away? 5. will you lose pigment in your lips/around the border?
I have done my first lip filler about 6 years ago. My doctor told me it will stay about 6-12 months ( I forgot the type), I had so many bumps in my lips, she said it will go away and it didnt go away for weeks. I went back to her and she injected something into my lips ( Maybe corton, not sure) but I still had and have bumps in my lips. So From then I still get Juvderm injection to cover it up. But now I decided to extract these bumps/ scar tissue. Help me where to go
Ive had filler injected in my tear troughs 4x - 3x with my own fat with an 18g needle, 1x with juvederm. Last injection 5 years ago. Ive had persistent lumps under my eyes, initially believed to be juvederm and was treated twice with hyaluronidase without resolution. 2 years ago, a PS performed a transconjunctival bleph and removed scar tissue (a decent amount, according to him). However, I still have visible lumps and really want them gone. What are my options? Repeat bleph? Thank you.
I had penis filler injections ( juverderm)back in June. I wasnt happy with results so 6 weeks later I had injections of hylaurondiase to dissolve the filler. Just below the penis glans I have been left with hard cartilage like tissue that gets quite red at times . Do you think its scar tissue from the injections?. Pics online look similar to sclerosing lymphangitis, Or would it be possible for some filler to have settled under the glans and gone hard? if so will it melt away! Please help!!
