I have been using Juvederm for 25 years. I stopped using it for about a year because I was having a face lift( not knowing a facelift does not fix my lips) Well my lips are dented on both side of my upper lip and I have the blue lines My injector used Versa on my lips but I dont know what to use for my dents thats thick enough to fill them and not cause the blue tint to them? Thank you
I got fillers for the second time (1 full syringe) yesterday and gradually two lines started to form on the top corner of my lips. The first time I got fillers was back in March (1 syringe as well). My Lips are really small. I had no issues the first time but this time I have to creases I didnt have before. Is this normal? Will this go away?
Hello, I am about a week out of Juvederm lip fillers, and I seem to be developing a dent in my left upper lip. I researched others experiencing the same problem, but there is not much info for dented lips. I have an appointment to go over this with the (board certified) doctor who did the injections, but any advice on what is happening would be appreciated. The first picture is before filler, second picture is right after the procedure, and the following photos are a few days after.
I had Juvederm injections in my lip 4 days ago. I can see a small dint/crevice on my lower lip. I would expect the lower lip to be fuller throughout as opposed to having a slight dip. Is this normal? Last night after 72 hours and noticing some bumps I very gently massaged my bottom lip (as instructed by my doctor who is a board certified plastic surgeon). Is is possible that I could have moved the product in doing so, even over 72 hours after the procedure? Thank you
Depending on the lighting, a shadow is cast that makes them look even more pronounced. 3 weeks ago I had juvederm injected, got a dark purple bruise over the entire area, and now that the bruise has healed I see no improvement. In fact, I feel the area looks worse now as it appears like a dark shadow line/dent that goes straight down to my lip. Do I need more filler? Some other kind of treatment? I'm only 30 years old and this is taking a huge toll on my self esteem. Thank you
Hi there, I had juvederm 1ml filler two days ago I am aware that swelling is normal however when I purse my lips together there is a dent in lips middle bottom as shown in the pics bellow I can't make a kiss shape without this happening is this normal? I asked the lady who done them and she said it's swelling causing this just wanted a second option many thanks
Hi, I got my lips done with juvederm ultra 9 days ago for the first time.we only did 1/2 syringe and mainly focused on the upper lip. After a few days the majority of the swelling went down but now I have small little bumps noticeable when I smile or pout. I also just noticed an indent right next to where the bumps begin. Should I wait the two weeks for a follow up? I do plan to add more also.
I am 22 years old and i have had this issue for as long as i remember. Whenever i smile in pics and there is flash, the area right below my under eye, b4 the start of my cheeks, dents in. My cheeks then stick out weirdly. They don't blend together..The apples of my cheeks look like a ball & my under eye just dents and it attracts light in pics, looking lighter than the rest of my face and gaut. I know I have hallow under eyes genetically. Could under eye filler like juvederm or something help?
After not being happy with a rhinoplasty result a few months afterwards would it be okay to have Juvederm used to mask the imperfections created from the operation whilst i wait to have a revision further on in my life? My nose does not have any swelling and i can see the shape starting to form and i am unhappy with a dent above the tip of my nose. Thank you
