I was very sick and my lips were swollen for 3 days and as soon as they went down the bump stayed. It is painful and irritable to touch. I contacted the lady who did my lip filler and her doctor and they prescribed antibiotics and Ive been taking for four days and the irritated spot is still here.
I had one full syringe of juvederm ultra injected in my upper and bottom lip almost four months ago. i had minor bruising was my lips were very uneven and lumpy so the first couple days i did some massaging. my lips remained EXTREMELY swollen the first 2 weeks. After the swelling went down my lips returned to their normal size but remained lumpy/uneven looking mostly in my upper lip where most of the juvederm was injected. My lips still appear this way almost four months after the injection.
Got Juvederm in lips in Oct. It was my first time with this Dr. When I left the office & looked in the mirror the right side of my lip didn't look right. It was uneven with bumps. Left side was much bigger. I waited 2 weeks to see if it was swelling. I also noticed a bump in the right side of my face. Last week I went to get this all dissolved. Dr. injected my face as well thinking Juvederm got in there. Lips are still uneven & I still have a bump in my face. What do I do? Freaking out.
About 4 month ago, i got a syringe juvederm injection on my nasolabial area and cheek. I chose a board certified dermatologist in new York , but after that injection I have neurology problems as well as circulation problems. I got disappointed when I asked for my medical record, and they told me that sometimes they do not keep record. I can't report my side effects to allergen without a serial number it is not valid my complaint. Are they breaking a law??
4 Months ago I had 1ml of juvederm in my top and bottom lip. It's been fine up to now but these lumps have now apprared, on the top and the bottom lip, on the same side! 2 Days ago I went to the private hospital where I had the filler and I paid to have the lumps dissolved, but this has not worked and they didn't seem to know what the lumps were. Is it possible that I will have these lump forever? Does anybody know why this has happened? I'm very worried :(
I ve been using fillers temporary ones for 10 years I'm currently aged 35 . I have injections once every six months . Ive injected the naso labial lines , eyes , cheeks and jawline and marionette lines . I had juvederm vo lift 4 months ago Im now Puffy ,with no cheekbones ,my nose looks wider, eyes smaller . I wake depressed every day . Should I leave my face for 2 years and look super ugly or dissolve it and look like a deflated balloon there are no specialists in the uk .
It's been 4 months and I see no improvement from having supposed juvederm 1 syringe in the above areas . I hate my face all I see is a big jaw with no cheekbones and a fat face . Why is the filler not dissapearing ? Uk drs are not experienced enough with dissolving and most of the drs I have seen suggest leaving it . I am so depressed. And dissolving it is not an option thanks .
I had 1 mL juvederm ultra injected into my lips 4 months ago. I like having fuller lips, but I don't like how the filler made my top lip go straight outward like a duck bill instead of turning up. It sticks out farther than my bottom lip. I have done research and some say this is due to a long upper lip (distance between nose and top lip). My doctor has offered to inject restylane into the philtrum columns to help roll my top lip upward. Will that help? Would I be better off getting a lip lift?
I noticed immediately the the left side of my mouth was more swollen but doctor said it was just swelling. Gradually they turned into large lumps. After 2 months of trying to massage them I went back, was told massage them more.. Went back again and had enzyme to dissolve them. One month later went back again, it hadn't done anything. This time had another more enzyme to dissolve, this time much more, my lip was high swollen + bruised. 2 weeks later and almost no change. I'm really worried :(
