A few years ago I got my dental treatment with braces and everything got perfect. Recently Ive noticed that there is a small movement in my midline. I would like to know if its possible to correct that using anterior crossed rubber bands with Invisalign (just like the photo, but with Invisalign, not metal braces). Ive seen a lot about rubber bands in Invisalign, but none using in that position. So is it possible t do such a thing?
My midline is off centre. My upper jaw slants down, and my arch is asymmetrical so my over jet is quite uneven. My teeth protrude out far more on one side than the other. I have had traditional orthodontic treatment before and while there has been improvement, but a relapse too, and obviously my teeth are still quite messed up. The question is, which of my listed problems i.e., midline, arch asymmetry, slant and overjet can be helped by Invisalign?
Years ago I had 2 top teeth removed due to a crowded condition. Just one was replaced with an implant, resulting in a shift of my midline, & poor bite alignment. My bottom teeth are now crooked due to my top misaligned teeth. My dentist recommended Invisaline. I started treatment & realized they weren't fixing my top teeth so my bottom teeth could be straightened, but just pushing my bottom teeth back behind my misaligned top teeth creating a sunken look to my face. Is there a better option??
I am 24 years old. I had braces for 4-5 years when I was kid but got them taken off before elastics. My midline is off on the bottom by 1mm about. Could this be fixed with invisalign or braces and is it even worth it? Also does it appear I have an occlusal cant from this photo.
My Upper midline is shifted to the right and does not align with my lower midline and the centre of my face. What can i do? Can invisalign help my situation and how long will it take? Are there any other options to correct my midline misalignment? Thank you so much!!!
