There are two steps to getting involved in the recommendations program.

First, you need to solicit recommendations from your current patients. Here are tips on how to do so, where to send your patients;

Once the recommendations are posted to RealSelf, you can review these postings and select the recommendations you’d like to post on your public profile.

To see pending recommendations you need to:

1) Visit the “Patient recommendations” section under your RealSelf.com dashboard (shown highlighted in pink below)

2) Select which reviews you'd like to display.

Click "Save"...that's it!  The recommendation(s) are now visible on your profile.

This means that people who are not signed in will be able to see your recommendation, and Google may choose to scan this info for local search results.
