I have dissolved 10 drops of 70% concentration in 5 drops distilled water. I think I left it too long on my skin since it started burning and it was extremely red. My skin looks like swollen, it hurts and has already darker spots. I am applying cicalfate. What should I do better, how can I prevent marks or treat them afterwards? Thank you.
I dont remember the exact time frame it was left on but it felt like 8-10 Min. I am now peeling but the new skin on my cheeks is very red and raw. I also still feel burning in my cheeks which makes me worry that the acid was not neutralized enough and is still penetrating my skin. I have attached photos and would like to know if this looks like normal peeling and redness. Is there a way to make it stop burning? Will this leave a scar?
I have been doing 30% peels once monthly for about a year. I have never had this kind of result. I left the 50% peel on for two minutes and experienced some burning.
Hi, I Had a Slight Glycolic Peel Yesterday and noticed a few red burned spots on my cheeks and are still there this morning. still felt tingling sensations after shower and red burned spots still very visible. Is this normal reaction or should i be worried and seek medical advise. Rgds, Ems
