I lost 80 pounds and have kept it off for about three years. I'm scheduled for my MM this coming Monday. I work out every day and log my food religiously on Loseit.com . I usually eat about 1500 kcal/day. (F 5'2" 53 y.o. 125). I am concerned that I will have to decrease my calorie budget to account for my post-op inactivity, which will be a real problem for me because I love to eat!I have planned some healthy snacks and will be going grocery shopping today to stock up.Any other ideas are much appreciated.
