Getting nervous now - only just over 2 weeks until I have my old implants removed and larger ones placed in. (Having them changed because of their age and mine - 55!) Only problem is, I don't know the size of the original implants, so just hope the new ones will be large enough. 17 years ago I went from size 34B to 34D with what I think were natural shaped gel implants (not round). My surgeon says it is very difficult to tell what size were implanted. He will therefore have 3 sizes available ranging from around 395 - 495cc. I definitely want to go at least a couple of sizes larger than I am now, but worried that these sizes may not give me what I want. Has anyone else had experience of this? What would I have needed to go from a B to an E cup? Just so concerned I will end up disappointed. Obviously my figure has changed over the years and although I haven't put on much weight in that time, I want something larger to give me more shape. He will also have round implants available just in case! Also getting nervous about the procedure and general anaesthetic - and remembering the sleepless nights on my back and the time it took to recover. Nervous, but excited - bit like giving birth!!
