I would really like to be able to do this with exercise and a strict diet. I recently was prescribed medication for ADD which I was warned will cause signifigant weight loss. I think that is definitely what is happening. I am now down to 153. My stomach still looks like this though. I just had my second baby within 19 months, 7 months ago. I gained 60 lbs with my first and 80+ with the second. I wish I hadn't gained so much now. Looking back, my body has done pretty well for everything I have put it through. If I had only gained the normal amount, my stomach would probably be flat right now. :( Anywho, does anyone have any insight as to whether or not I will be able to do this the natural way? Or am I going to have to spend some serious money on surgery?
