Hi Everyone,I met a plastic surgeon about 9 months in order to explore a breast augmentation procedure. I learned that I have tubular breast, with little breast tissue. The augmentation would require a breast lift as well as releasing the band of tissue below my breast. I was told during the consultation that this procedure (the releasing of tissue) would more likely than not result in loss of nipple sensation and an inability to breast feed. Can anyone chime in that is more familiar with tubular breast augmentation and shed some light on the procedure or risks? I would love to have this augmentation, but if it's a high likelihood that breast sensation and function or lost - - that feels like a steep price to pay
