So, U.S. surgeons GENERALLY don't operate on overseas patients?

Especially those with thicker skin types? I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply from some of the U.S. surgeons. Can anyone give me the name of any who are willing to perform surgery on an overseas patient (who has thick skin)? This is ridiculous. I thought MONEY would be my stumbling block when it comes to the various surgeries that I need. But no. It turns out that docs just don't wanna operate. They seem to earn so much from consultations that they can afford to turn most patients away after collecting that cheque. I'm getting rather frustrated now. All I want is a doctor to do what he is trained to do, well, on me. FFS.
