I just had my consult with the surgeon today. I am 34G-H with very fibrocystic tissue and pendulous breasts and was planning to go down to a c-d. He told me because of the heaviness and firmness of the tissue he would have to remove most of it and I would be left with a B at most. He suggested putting in an implant later if they are too small. Just curious has anyone else had this situation? I am afraid to tell my hubby because I had assured him I wouldn't go too small. My sister has a similar frame with a c cup and she looks pretty small to me. Ive always wanted a reduction, but I'm wondering if it would be hard to suddenly not even have cleavage? I may just be happy with them and I can't imagine wanting to do a second surgery. I wish I could just see pictures of what I would look like!
