Is sleep apnea treatment effective?
- Last updated: 1 year ago
Hi.. I have sleepless nights. I cannot completely blame my husband as snoring is not something that you do it on purpose. We had gone for our regular dental check up in family dentistry in Calgary ,Sierra Dental yesterday. Seeing my puffed eyes he just asked me. I told him about his snoring in detail. And to my surprise he says his condition is known as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). He also added that it can be treated easily. Has anyone done this treatment before? Is it really effective?
