Refund for lumpy Juvaderm? What's the likelihood?

hi everyone,I had Juvaderm injected into my tear troughs and nasolabial folds 3 weeks ago. What a mess. Terrible bruising that is still healing, swelling, and now the swelling is clearly on both left and right side. I feel I did everything "right" -iced after procedure, used arnica, slept on my back with two pillows for over 2 weeks. This is still the outcome. I've been back to the facial plastic surgeon twice already and he told me to wait it out because it would go down. It's been terrible! I've had tons of folks at my job stop by my desk for no good reason. It's pretty obvious what's happened. I won't be getting the comments about how young I look anymore. Sigh....History: had fillers one time before, last fall 1 vial of radiesse injected total and had no bruising, etc. this mainly to my cheeks to lift the folds. This was done by an MD but not plastic surgeon. I'm going back to him tomorrow to have this dissolved as I'm afraid the doc who did it will blacken my eyes again. I can't take anymore. The Juvaderm cost me $1300 and three weeks of hell. I they should refund my money. Anyone have experience with this? Thoughts on approach. Thanks!
