i had revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago and its very wide and big. before i already had 6 re rhinoplasties with diffrent doctors they already took both ear, septum cartilage and fascia.
my last doctor used rib to rebuilt my nose but i think its tooooo big..... could you recommend to me somebody who has experience with secondary rib grafts?
