Prednisone side effects--for anxious patients, know it can make things worse (read on please)

I wish I had. I didn't realize it till I stopped taking it. In the first one or two weeks, it was necessary b/c my surgeon wouldn't give me kenalog injections (something I wish I had researched before I had surgery with him, now that I'm dealing with serious post-op swelling), but know that it can cause mood swings, achiness, etc. It made the shock of that first two months/anxiety about whether the nose would settle a lot worse than it had to be; if I'd been aware that what I was feeling wasn't just me, it would have been a less stressful.
