I hate working out. In fact, I think I'm allergic. I don't like gyms, I don't like running, I don't even like sweating... Not complaining or whining - it's just not for me. I do watch what I eat (most of the time) and I'm not a foodie at all, so I can usually maintain my weight. I've been the same weight since HS. I'm at the ideal weight for my body height/size. Now that I'm post-op, I'd like to see just how far I can push my body. So I'm wondering, for those who DO workout regularly (ab crunches, cardio, weights, etc), what kind of results have you achieved from all your diligence? Tell me hard work pays off... and I want proof! PLEASE POST PICTURES... before, after, and in-between!! (You're welcome to check out my RS review and I'm now 1yr+ PO, so you can see where my "mom-bod" has plateaued and I'm not too sure I can make it go any further at the snail's pace I'm going) -xoxo, Chiklet3
