Help about planning decision in Nose Job

Hi, I am posted some pictures from my nose and chin before and After wit Computer Imaging software. I do have a breath problem as I do have a narrow left and a blocked right nostril (its getting blocked when I inspire). My Plastic Surgeon knows everything. I also will like to remove my Hump and get to caudal my retracted columella. My surgeon recomended some slight tip rotation and to get a smaller nose but I am very afraid about to suffer from an obtuse angle more than 90 degres. I do like 90 nasolabial angle and I dont think my nose looks big at all. I did by myself with image editor some changes: I did removed the hump (I even left some micro hump in the middle so I doesnt look unnatural or too straigt from brigde to tip), I also add some columella, remove a very very litle from the tip so it gets very little rotation tip to cephalic. My question is: it is possible to achieve something similar than the computer image I did prepare without do any Rotation tip AT ALL? I wont like a smaller nose...Could I get good result with any work AT ALL around the Tip. I do have a Globulose cartilage tip...with some Strut and Suture it is more than enough to acomplished a good definition around the tip nose without any tip Rotation, lengthening modification?. I also want some Chin implant, Do you like the overall result from my computer image?
Thanks So Much for your Help
