Yet Another Will people notice rhinoplasty question

Hello everybody, I'm new to the site and have the same question that has been asked countless of times before, but for some reason, I still don't feel satisfied with the answers. I'm a 22 year old male whose scheduled a rhinoplasty on August 3rd, and for numerous reasons, haven't told a soul about it. I have a long nose with a hump also a bit crooked, yeah just my luck, anyway after years of hating it I've finally decided to do something about it, this time permanently. What I mean by that is, I have had a non-surgical rhinoplasty several times before, and out of all the people I know, only one person blatantly said your nose looks different, other than that nobody said a single word, not even a funny look. They realised I looked different, but they couldn't say what was different, my own parents didn't even realise the difference. I camouflaged my hump, and raised my tip really high, it worked for a while, but then after a while the results would fade and I'd get stuck with my old nose. Anyway, my question is will people figure out that I have had a rhinoplasty? A large number of the responses I've read over the internet are a no, they think that a person has lost weight or gotten a haircut, so I've done everything I read online people would mistake for a rhinoplasty. I've lost almost 22 pounds, and still have 8 more pounds to go to reach my perfect weight. I've grown my hair incredibly long and will shave it all off, and I've gotten glasses with thick frames all in an effort to disguise the rhinoplasty. As for the rhinoplasty itself, I've decided exactly what my nose would look like, I would just raise it a tiny bit, shave the hump, (I doubt people would recognise the hump is gone since I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty to disguise it and nobody noticed it was gone as well as the glasses will disguise that part of the nose) and just straighten the tip a little bit, as well as shorten it a bit. I know it sounds much, but the nose will look almost the same since I have a bulbous tip and I wont change that as well as certain quirks that I won't change, overall just a few very subtle changes in very few millimetres, so subtle in fact that the surgeon said in his 30+ years he has never been asked to perform that subtle of a rhinoplasty. Also, I won't be seeing friends or family for at least a month after the surgery, since I will be traveling to get the rhinoplasty and won't be coming back till September, so they won't be seeing the two weeks of bruising and swelling. Sorry for writing so much, but it keeps me up at night worrying about weather if people would notice or not, anyway thanks for your replies in advance!
