Minor crossbite at the end of invisalign

I started Invisalign (Full) 1.5 years ago in order to fix the look of my teeth. I am at the end of the treatment now (before the closing trays). There was one mid course correction about 15 trays ago due to my teeth not tracking properly.
Since then, my teeth have tracked perfectly with the trays. No undue pressure with each tray, and the attachments are properly gripping the aligners.
An issue that came up at least 3 to 4 months ago is that the left side of my teeth don't come together well.Invisalign has told my dentist that it is very hard to move the molars. But during the mid course correction, Invisalign sent a video that showed the molars and all the other teeth coming together beautifully. No issues on the left side. And my teeth are tracking perfectly with the trays they've given us (so it's not like the molars aren't moving).
So what is going on? My dentist has agreed to take another mold and hopefully Invisalign will fix this. But my dentist has also asked me to call Invisalign, as she has not gotten a satisfactory explanation from them. What can I expect Invisalign to say? Will they do another mid course correction? Shouldn't these teeth be coming together better?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
