Hi there! I've never joined a forum before. I'm a 24 Year Old Male, looking for tips/advice to get glowing/radiant/blemish free skin. ie: Products, Skin Regimes, Tips (When to use moisturizer etc). I am attaching a picture to this post. I haven't showered today so it might look a little bit more oily than usual. I'm not sure if I have "Dry" "Combination" "Normal" or "Oily" skin type. (Probably Oily) I get a couple pimples every week, i've gotten blackheads before, my pores are very visible along my forehead, and upper cheeks and below my eyes, and perhaps on my nose, unless those are all blackheads? I'm not sure. I've just recently started eating healthy within the last few months. I generally consume. A blueberry and banana smoothie for breakfast, with oatmeal. 3 Eggs w/ some olive oil some turkey bacon w/ bread and a glass of pulp orange juice for lunch and half a red pepper, half a yellow onion, clove of garlic, brown rice, stirfry sauce, and some broccoli for dinner. I generally run 3/4 times a week to work (About a 25-30 Minute Jog) and after work I shower at night right before bed. I change my pillow and sheets every 3 to 4 weeks. I bought the cheap "Clean and Clear" 3 step regular program, which I tend to do at night after my shower. I live in Alberta, Canada. Thanks in advance!
