Hi, I am a 48 y/o female had 2 kids over 20 years ago, gym rat, in pretty good shape. My low abs are pooching out more and more every year, despite the fact that I work out 5 days a week. The thing that bothers me the most though is when I am doing yoga-(or other things), and am on all 4s-my stomach bunches all up and wrinkles...I hate it. But I am worried about the scar-if its going to be worth it? My PS said it would be low and about 5 inches long, but the pics I see online are all hip to hip. My PS also said he may not be able to strech the skin down all the way and may end up having to put a small vertical scar about an inch high? Has anyone else had this done?
