What kind of workouts should I do?

I have lost 30 lbs since last January, I've finally started to love my body more and more now that it is lean, slim, and fit. I am able to do the whole 6:06 plank, since last May. I have done that every single morning. It might suck I might have to start all over from 1 minute, or maybe I still can do 6 minute plank, who knows? but I just wanna know, what type of workouts should i do, while recovering from BA?
