Implant removed/replaced due to abscess/infection 4 weeks after original surgery. Pain has now returned two weeks later

It's been two weeks now since the explant. Had two cultures done, one grew MRSA but may have been contaminated by my skin because it wasn't taken directly from the implant pocket. During the explant, my doctor flushed out my pocket with antibiotics and replaced my implant. I had a drain for a week afterwards as well. I was originally on Cipro, but after seeing an infectious disease doc, was switched to Doxycycline for 14 days. I'm done with the Doxy as of this morning, but I have had pain in the same breast off an on for a few days now. Outwardly theres no signs of infection now- no swelling, redness, or heat. It just feels sore, in the very front by my areola. When I first got the infection my pain was on the outer left part into my armpit. Is this "normal" healing pain? I know I'm probably sore from having the drain out, and I've been PMSing and just got done with my period too. Has anyone else had something like this happen? I called my doc today and told him, and he prescribed me Clindamycin. Should this take care of it? Help!
