High Blood Pressure Tip

Hi -- I couldn't locate the post from the member who had her TT postponed because of high BP. try dropping all caffeine. I run 20 miles a week and am fit, but my BP was 130 over 75. Thats way too high for me since it's always been 110/70 or lower. One day I accidentally bought decaf coffee. Two days later I had a raging headache and felt very run down and lethargic. When I realized it was the caffeine withdrawal I decided to slowly wean myself off of it entirely. A week later my BP was 110/70 again. I suspect it was the caffeine as I did nothing else differently and don't really eat a lot of salt at all. Hope this helps.
