I am 5'3, 145lb and broad chested (I've attached some photos). I am currently a 36A with a slight case of "tube boob". For this reason, as well as my asymmetry, my surgeon (board certified and highly recommended) and I have decided that high profile saline implants above the muscle are my best option, as well as a nipple lift. I had my pre-op appointment today and the nurse presented all of the sizers to me and told me to not look at any numbers, just try them all on assess myself in the mirror, and pick out my favorite two. My goal is to look proportionate, and my lower half is bigger than my upper half (pear shaped person) so I tried every single one on. Anyway, the two I chose turned out to be 425 and 450 cc's. The nurse promised they looked great and would most likely (although not guarenteed) provide a full C up as an end result (possibly a D depending on the bra), and I obviously liked the way they look in the mirror. Maybe this is just cold feet, but my problem is, I feel like majority of the women I see on this sight go 300ccs to get to a C cup. Does 450ccs sound like a bit much?
