Anyone have experience with doing extremely taxing workouts after your tummy tuck fully healed? ( I am currently doing both P90X in the evenings and Insanity in the mornings six days per week). My usual ab routines are 40 mintues long. Ive had three large babies and have diastasis recti and extra wrinkled stomach skin. How long did you have to Honestly wait before doing hardcore workouts Without swelling and discomfort? Will I be forever prohibited from certain physical activity if I get the diastasis repaired? I currently have to be slightly careful because of the diastasis. Any experience youve had will be helpful. Thanks!
