I'm having a hard time finding woman that match my height/weight and breast size....

I'm just starting out again on the Breast Reduction path, meaning I've seen 3 different doctors around 10 years ago about getting the surgery done, but never followed through because of my lack of insurance. I now have insurance and am back to square one living in a new city and am determined to get this BR done this time!I'm just starting to do research on this website, reading the forums, looking through the questions, etc. I don't want to offend anyone (but I probably will anyway), but it seems that like, 85% of the woman on here are short, between 5 feet and 5'4" and are at an unhealthy weight. The good news though is that they all were approved for the reduction, so if they can get approved I'm pretty sure I definitely can get approved.Anyway, I'm 5'8" and weigh between 144 and 148 pounds. I'm tall and relatively thin and have size 32FF/32G breasts (I wear bras made by Fantasy of England, Freya, Panache and Wacoal), which I absolutely hate and am hunched over right now, my entire back is in pain, writing this on the couch. Most people are a 36, 38, or 40 band size but I'm really thin framed. I'd LOVE to be a B cup, but (and this has been mentioned before, too) it sounds like most doctors only decrease you down to a C or a D, but is this because the woman is bigger around in general? I'm afraid my plastic surgeon won't want to make me as small as I want to go, and I'm a small person to begin with and don't want to go through the surgery if I'm only going to be a D cup at the end since it won't match my body size (at least, I don't think it would). I know all about swelling and how it takes up to a year for your breasts to settle into their new, natural shape and nobody really knows their cup size for a long time after surgery, but are there any other women out there that are close to my height and weight and can tell me how many grams were removed from your breasts, and what cup size you went down to?
