Any great revision rhinoplasty doctors near NC?
I am looking at having a revision rhinoplasty and was hoping to find a great doctor within driving distance of Charlotte, NC. It seems like everyone recommends doctors in Dallas, LA or Chicago and I'm hoping to find one closer to home.Quick background- 32 female looking at my 3rd revision (4th surgery). Had my first rhinoplasty by an ENT/Plastic surgeon at 14 (way too young but this was for ascetics) and loved the result. But my nose was broken during sports in college and I went to a plastic surgeon to fix it (aesthetic result was great) but after a few years I suffered nasal collapse from the removed cartilage and while my nose still looked great, I couldn't breathe well. So 2 years ago I went to an ENT with a background in plastics to fix this. He made my nose look truly deformed by using ear cartilage that made my nose ridiculously asymmetrical. And while I am very thankful I can breathe better, half my nose looks like it had the cartilage graft and the other half is an entirely different nose. It looks like someone scooped out half my nose. And the tip is half fixed, half sunken in/collapsed looking (same side that looks scooped in the middle of my nose). I've spoken to the last surgeon who preformed the revision and he suggested using fillers or removing the cartilage from the last revision.
