I did my gastric bypass in 2013, i started out at 220 and im down to 140. I was 135 when i started the gym about 3 weeks ago .

I hit the gym pretty hard about 4 times a week doing cardio and muscle building classes and HIIT plus yoga and pilates. I gained 5 lbs from 135 to 140 and now im concerned . Im doing the protein shakes morning and afternoon and eat dinner, whats going on im concerned about the weight gain.
