Alvarez Dolls... Help me outMost of the doctors work I see include drains at the end of their procedures. The drains are left in a few days to help release the fluid flushing from the body, including fluids used during surgery. They go back to the doctor and they are removed during one of their follow up appointments.... Makes sense to me.However, Alvarez dolls are not getting drains, manyleaving with leaking incisions, finding their own ways to get fluid removed through their incisions... Doesn't make sense to me! Doesn't appear as a proper judgement call from a clinical standpoint.I know the tight compression should help with fluid retention of a period of time, but immediately after sx seems very necessary.
