Hi I am heavily leaning towards the DR because the type of body they build there is the type of body I had before children. I am hoping to just "unveil" it again! :) Also to adjust (ahem) lift the parts that have fallen.I only recently read a few months back, after stalking RS for years, that you are supposed to give a gift to the doctor. Is this customary? Or only if you are pleased with your outcome...after you have healed up?I am a pretty generous person, but not comfortable presenting a gift to someone I do not know, until I have at least worked with them. I have heard nightmare stories about some girls aftercare. I refuse to attract that, but why give a gift to people who do not give you the care you deserve? Would it be inappropriate to go home and then send a Thank you gift to all who I dealt with, all who took care of me, including the doctor? Now I just ran across another review ( the 2nd on in years only) where the patient presented Dra Duran with scrubs that say "Happiest Doctor" with a yellow smilie face embroidered on it I believe, and she gave the assistant a necklace with a medic symbol? I would like to know 1) Is this customary?2) Is this expected by the staff or a nice surprise?3) Why have I not read of this more in all the years I am on here IF it is expected and customary?I would appreciate any clarification on this subject! Thank you
