cortisone injection after revision rhinoplasty has caused huge swelling in tip that wont go down!!! help!!!!

So i had a revision rhinoplasty this past March. Everything was healing beautifully and I loved the way my nose was starting to look, even though there was still swelling. Then in mid May, I went for a follow up and my doctor injected my nose with cortisone, to help speed up the heeling process and eventually help some of the swelling go away. However, I am now 3 weeks out from having the shot and have noticed my nose (especially the tip) has gotten even more swollen since having this injection, the tip looks more swollen than it did when i took my cast off. I am very worried that i have lost the refined and narrowed shape my tip once had, and now my nose is resembling my pre-surgery nose with the swollen and bulbous tip. Any similar experiences or advice would be MUCH appreciated, I am quite bothered by this at the moment.
